Luxury Retail and A&D Market Manager (French native -speaking)

As a Market Manager for the European France-speaking territory you are responsible for maintaining existing relationships and further growing of the Hakwood brand. The position coordinates all aspects of a project from specification to actual supplying the order. What’s the job?
As a Market Manager you'll be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, focusing primarily on the assigned geographic regions of France and Geneve. Your mission? To cultivate new business opportunities in alignment with Hakwood's vision and strategy.

Here's what you'll be doing:

·Developing new business opportunities in line with Hakwood's strategy;

·Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury retail network as well as with architects and designers within our target network;

·Navigating decision-making processes within the luxury retail market and ensuring Hakwood remains top-of-mind with all relevant stakeholders

Your key responsibilities will be:

·Generating sales within the luxury retail market;

·Acting as the primary point of contact for all relationship management matters within the luxury retail, architecture and design community;

·Maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, architects, designers, builders, installers, and developers;

·Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients;

·Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with clients to maximize profits;

·Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the luxury retail community;

·Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the needs and objectives of the clients.

What do you bring?

You have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with extensive experience in a representative role within the luxury retail market. You have a proven track record in high-end luxury business environments and expertise in selling at premium price levels. You (did) reside in France or Geneve regions and you have an established network of luxury retail and preferably A&D relationships. Strong skills in cold calling, networking, and appointment setting, along with excellent deal-closing abilities, are essential.

You also understand the purchasing process for specified products in various project types and are willing to travel internationally when necessary. Additionally, proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, is essential. Your customer-focused, results-oriented approach and dedication to achieving company goals align perfectly with Hakwood's culture, making you an ideal candidate.
