HakFolly - A fleeting moment of calm at Clerkenwell Design Week20 April 2016
Commissioned by Clerkenwell Design Week and in collaboration with Hakwood, FleaFollyArchitects will create ‘HakFolly’, a 4.5m high temple of timber located within the historic St John’s Gate. Inspired by a visit to Hakwood’s factory in the Netherlands, HakFolly is a stacked timber structure which aims to create a fleeting moment of peace and tranquility, in reference to Clerkenwell's rich monastic past.
