Consistent Moisture Levels
Moreover, before the wood enters our production process, we let it rest up to six months.
Once the moisture content reaches our precise tolerance range, the timber moves into our carefully optimized drying program. We take great care to ensure that moisture is released gradually and evenly, avoiding internal tension within the wood.
This climate-controlled process includes air drying, kiln drying, and conditioning—resulting in planks with consistent moisture levels. Maintaining uniform moisture is essential to stability, particularly during seasonal changes and shifts in humidity.
