In Palm Beach County, this residence brings together classic elegance and modern sophistication in a setting designed for both grand entertaining and private retreat. Smith & Moore Architects shaped the architectural vision with a focus on timeless proportions and light-filled spaces, while interior designer Andrew Howard introduced layered textures and patterns that lend warmth and character. The result is a home that balances formality with comfort, and refinement with a sense of ease.

As part of this design, Hakwood floors were selected to unify the interiors with natural warmth and craftsmanship. Wide planks provide continuity across expansive spaces, a herringbone pattern introduces traditional rhythm, and a custom-made wood tile was developed specifically for the project to add a unique accent. Produced in our Dutch factory, these bespoke flooring solutions were tailored in color and finish to complement the architectural palette and interior design choices.
