The architects chose Hakwood's Forza flooring for this Clifton residence, amongst others, for it's durabilty and resistence to heeting & cooling.

The hardwood floors are complemented by granite tiles and brushed aluminium finishes, as well as hardwood on the exterior decking. A cool palette of contemporary grey tones together with soft colour accents was used to add further ambiance.
